Work Days on Thursdays
We rely upon our volunteers to keep the Chapel looking good.   Among the weekly tasks is cleaning and refilling the glass votive holders we use on all the windows of the Nave, Narthex (Foyer) and for the St. Mary and St. Joseph altars.

Marilu Sanders and Donna Carroll are shown in the Sacristy, which doubles as our Vestry Room.  They are seated at the special table we built there to accommodate people in wheelchairs.  The table is 1" taller than usual and the support frame is set back 11" so that parishioners in wheelchairs can roll up all the way up to the table.  All our food-oriented events, and Tuesday night Bible Study are held in the Sacristy.  The rolling cart that holds the candles is specially-made for handicapped use.  We added side guards on all three levels so that the cart can be pushed or pulled down the side aisles without allowing the candles to vibrate off the cart.

If you would like to become a part of our active parish life, please contact Fr. Ron Shibley at (804) 559-2690 or by email at ron.anglicanchurch@earthlink.net.
